If you’re simply offering “coaching sessions,” you’re doing what I call selling air. People can’t touch it, quantify it, or even describe what they’re buying. They don’t see value because there’s no clear outcome attached.
That’s why we need to shift from selling coaching to offering value-packed, result-oriented transformation packages.
Here’s the Better Way: Create a Signature Coaching Package
Instead of trading your time for small one-off fees, I teach my students to build what I call a Signature Coaching Package.
This is a powerful framework that:
- Focuses on a specific result your ideal client already desires
- Bundles your coaching, tools, trainings, and resources into a high-value offer
- Builds trust and credibility instantly because it’s organized, professional, and speaks to a real problem

For example:
- If you overcame financial chaos and now live debt-free, you can offer a “6 Weeks to Financial Clarity” package.
- If you lost weight and rebuilt your confidence naturally, you can create a “Total Body & Confidence Makeover” package.
- If you help people get jobs abroad, your package might be “IELTS Coaching + Migration Path Plan”.
The clearer the outcome, the easier it is for people to say “yes” to working with you.
Step 2: Break Down Your Process
How will you help your client get from Point A (their current struggle) to Point B (their desired future)?
Map out the steps. Think of it like designing a GPS route. This becomes the curriculum, milestones, or roadmap inside your package.
For instance, your package might include:
- Weekly 1-on-1 sessions
- Templates and worksheets
- Video lessons or voice notes (WhatsApp-based for Nigeria works too)
- Accountability check-ins
- Bonus tools like an eBook or online community access
Step 3: Determine the Pricing
Most coaches undercharge because they’re pricing by the hour.
That’s a mistake. You should price based on the value of the result you help people achieve.
If your client goes from jobless to employed…
Or from shy to commanding attention on stages…
Or from ₦0 income to ₦500,000/month in sales…
You’re not selling coaching. You’re delivering transformation. That is priceless—and it must reflect in your pricing.
As a guide, a transformational package in Nigeria can range from ₦50,000 to ₦500,000+, depending on:
- Your brand positioning

- The result and how fast they get it
